Imen Soudani - إيمان السودانيمحمد خان، هو مخرج سينمائي مصري بريطاني، وُلد في 26 أكتوبر/تشرين الأول من العام 1942، لأب من أصل باكستاني وأم مصرية. و توفي في 26 جويلية/ يوليو 2016.
ويُعتبر من أهمّ مخرجي السينما الواقعية.
و لأن لكل مدرسة فنية دوافعها و محركاتها و السينما كأي حقل ثقافي/ فني أخر يتجدد و يولد و يموت باختلاف التيارات و الرؤى الفكرية المتعددة ،فالمدرسة الواقعية في السينما العربية و نخص بالسينما المصرية لم تأت بها الصدفة بل نشأت بفعل تأثيرات سياسية و ثقافية و اجتماعية كذلك .
