التحدث بداخلك ليخبرك أن هذه شخصية سيئة فاحذرها أو هذا يوم يجب تجنب التحرك من سريرك فيه أو أشياء عديدة أخرى، ذلك الصوت الصغير يومها كان يطن في أذني ، أن لا استيقظ ، أن لا أشتاق إليك اليوم و أن ابعدك
و لو ل24 ساعة عن خاطري ..
