Hadil Khazri - هديل الخزريمع ما ورد من جدل حول موضوع المساواة في الارث ينبغي مناقشة هذا الأمر بناء على مؤيدات واقعية و إجتماعية تبيح تبني هذا الخيار من عدمه :فلنتفق أن طرح هذه المسألة هو قرار جريئ لكنه لا يسيئ للدين الاسلامي في شيئ إذ يجوز أن يكون الفرد مسلماً دون أن ينال تعرضه لقضايا دينية حارقة من عمق إيمانه أو صدق نواياه شريطة التمكن الفكري من إختصاصه والارتكاز إلى حجج مستمدة من الشريعة الاسلامية أما اقحام السوسيولوجيا في أمور الدين فهو خلط وجب أن لا يقع فيه من يرى في نفسه عقلاً نيراً مع العلم أن الأراء الواردة على لسان من يدعون الدين خالية تماماً من الدين !!:
أولاً ، ذاك الذي ينظر عن الشريعة ما حصله من معارف في هذا الشأن لا يخوله محاججة طفل لا تتعدى معرفته بالدين أركان الايمان الستة و قواعد الوضوء لمن إستطاع إليه سبيلا !!
